Return Policy 1. In order to ensure your rights and interests, all items in your order are thoroughly inspected to make sure they are in good condition before shipment. 2. Upon your receipt, if the items were found shipping damage, wrongly shipped or size error , please contact us immediately. We will help you to file a claim. You must return your purchase in “ new and unused condition” within 7 days of your receipt (shown on the carrier’s waybill). All returned items must include its original packaging and all accessories such as the receipt, gift boxes, shipping invoice, gifts (if any) ,and so on. After the 7 days’ time frame, returns will be refused. 3. We can only accept one return each order. 4. In case of size error caused by cumstomers, shipping charges and handling fee will be on customers’ account. 5. If the fault is due to logistics company, we will help and assist logistics company to refund in the following ways.
