30 Days Money Back Warranty:
If you are not satisfied with our product because it doesn't work, you can send them back to us in 30 days after you receive it for refund, in this case, we don't refund the shipping fees.
30 Days Month Exchange Warranty:
If the product doesn't work, you can send them back to us in one month for exchange, buyers pay the shipping fees for sending back to us, and we pay the shipping fees for resending them to buyers.
One Year Manufacture Warranty:
Within 1 year, buyers can send them back for free repair, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you. If buyer break the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of that components.
DOA (Dead on Arrival):
We do perform QC (quality control) on all devices and test them thoroughly before they ship. While DOA devices are rare, they can still occur. If you received a DOA product, please inform us within 48 hours of its arrival via email with attached photos or video. After confirming the DOA issue, you can send it back for a replacement at your cost, and we will pay a $10 credit (you can use it for your next purchase in our site.) to compensate the return shipping fees. Or we'll proceed a full refund on the DOA products after you send it back to us. Please notice that the $15 credit does not apply to items being shipped back for a refund. Upon arrival of your product at our facility, we will confirm the DOA and then process refund if applicable.
What is a DOA?
A DOA is a product that does not power on, hence the term Dead on Arrival. We must be notified within 48 hours about a DOA product in order to apply the 10$ credit policy.
In other case, buyers should pay the shipping fees to return the unsatisfied goods and No matter for exchange or refund, buyers should send our products back first. After we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange immediately.

How to return?
Get return authorization first:
Before returning an item, please speak to our customer service representative before returning an item for the return authorization via online chat or email.
For replacement, securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate box or envelope. For repairs, ship the device without the accessories and without the original box. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate box or envelope, and send it back to us.
If the product is being sent back for a refund, please return it in the original box with accessories. Any accessories missing will be deducted from the total amount paid. Send it back using a regular mail shipping service such as your national mail courier. We will wait upon the arrival of the product before refunding the purchase. You are responsible for the shipping cost when shipping the product back to us.
Packages are checked thoroughly before they are shipped out. If ever an item is missing, please notify us within 24 hours of the package arrival with a photo picture of the box content. We will proceed to send you the missing item back by air mail.
Items sent without authorization;
Please make sure to get authorization of returning the item from our customer service department before returning an item. Otherwise the package will not be accepted and returned to sender.
